Shipping Policy:
We strive to have all orders out the door the same day as ordered. If
that is not possible, your order will ship the following business day.
Privacy Policy:
Regalia Apparel does not sell or share your personal information with other businesses or organizations. We guard it and use it for the sole purpose of serving you. We view your privacy as an important component in doing business together. As a service to you, we may occasionally send out an email to inform you of specials available. This information comes directly from Regalia Apparel to you.
Methods of Payment:
Regalia Apparel accepts cash, check, and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for all bounced checks. Regalia Apparel will charge your credit card at the time your purchase is shipped.
Return Policy:
If you receive an item with a defect, please return it to us with your receipt and we will replace it at no charge to you. For wrong size or color please return within 45 days for an exchange. Items must be clean, not worn, not altered or laundered with tags. It is helpful to have a copy of your receipt or your original return form but is not required as long as we can track the items returned. It is the responsibility of the customer to return/ship all items to Regalia Apparel.
If you believe Regalia Apparel has made a mistake by giving you the wrong item or items, please call and discuss the matter with one of our staff. If Regalia Apparel does make a mistake in your order, we will cover the cost of shipping the item or items back to us. All items must be sent via "ground" through a carrier that offers a tracking number. Items that are not sent via "ground" will not be excepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please remember that the Regalia Apparel staff is here to assist you with your order. We instruct our staff to be helpful and informative regarding the sizing of your child. However, Regalia Apparel will not be responsible for the return of items that you are unhappy with based on our staff's recommendations.
